Who Makes Onn TV?

Answer: Durabrand (Walmart owned) manufactures Onn TVs. They are the Walmart’s generic TV brand.

Onn TV is Walmart’s own line of inexpensive televisions, made by Durabrand- the same firm that makes the company’s underperforming tablets and phones. Warning that Onn TVs will not connect to high definition televisions with HDMI inputs, but thankfully they do have a coaxial input for expanded usage of cable and antennae attachments.

Onn TVs were originally set for wider distribution across Walmarts stores in September 2012 as part of an effort by the retail giant to meet price sensitive shopper needs in today’s economic environment, yet faced opposition due to their less than stellar capabilities when it came to HDTV output (HD)

You can still find copies of their televisions on online auction sites like eBay or Amazon, but Walmart bought them up three months ago when they folded. If you check out some reviews, there.
