What is Aance? Abate is a Latin word that means breath. A true yogi is one who consciously breathes while doing yoga and any other form of exercise. Because the mind is the true exercising part, many forms of exercise are done on a conscious level, but many do not realize that the breathing involved in doing them also helps create a state of physical well-being.

When we exhale, the lungs fill with air. Breathing in through the nose creates carbon dioxide, which is a necessary fuel for our bodies. When we breathe out though, we release carbon dioxide. Thus, whether or not you are aware of it, breathing deeply when doing exercises such as yoga or any other activity is called abate.

While doing yoga, it is important to breathe deeply and regularly. Breathing deeply helps you to slow your heart rate. It also increases your metabolism so that you burn more calories than you normally would. In addition to increasing your metabolism, breathing deeply allows you to relax and thus, your mind will be calmer and more peaceful. This calmness gives you more focus and alertness to your environment.

The next question is, “What is abate?” The word “abate” means to control, maintain, or manage. The ability to do these three things help you to control your body, which helps you to manage the oxygen in your blood.
